Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hashe Computer Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, operating the Hashe Uptime Monitor platform, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit the website, register an account, or use the monitoring service.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account and business information such as your name, email address, company name, billing details, subscription data, login records, account preferences, and support communications. We also store monitoring-related data such as websites you add, check intervals, response outcomes, incident history, alert recipient settings, branding assets, SMTP configuration, and related administrative settings.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions and billing, send uptime alerts and service notices, support your account, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and maintain platform security. We may also use limited technical and usage information for troubleshooting, internal reporting, and product improvement.

3. Billing and payment data

Payments and subscription workflows are handled through Paddle and related billing providers we integrate with. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own application servers. We may store billing status, subscription identifiers, customer identifiers, package selections, selected billing cadence such as monthly or yearly, invoice references, and related subscription lifecycle data needed to manage your account.

If the service uses a 15-day free trial with card capture up front, payment method collection, card storage, and recurring billing are handled by Paddle or the relevant billing provider, not by our app servers directly. That can include whether a customer chose monthly billing or yearly billing.

4. Monitoring, logs, and service activity

To run the service, we generate requests to the URLs you add, store status results, response timing, downtime events, recovery events, and internal delivery or webhook logs. This data is used to show status history, trigger alerts, investigate failures, and maintain service integrity.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, email, security, and billing providers only where needed to operate the service. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, to respond to fraud or abuse, or to protect our systems, users, or legal rights.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain operational records. We may retain limited logs, backup data, and billing records for a longer period where required for security, audit, or recovery purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect the service and stored information. No internet-based system is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your own account.

8. International use

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own depending on the hosting, infrastructure, and third-party services used to operate the platform. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred and processed across jurisdictions as needed for service delivery.

9. Your responsibilities and choices

You are responsible for ensuring that the websites, contacts, and alert recipients you place into the platform are lawfully provided and that your use of the service complies with your own contractual, privacy, and regulatory obligations. You may update account data through the service or by contacting us through our published business contact details.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page unless stated otherwise.
